How to ACTUALLY Decalcify Your Pineal Gland/3rd Eye

In this video, I show you the most basic steps to take to decalcify your pineal gland. The pineal gland is a pine-cone shaped gland in between your eyes that is often called the “seat of the soul.” In almost all ancient cultures it has been considered the window to the spirit world, but in our culture it is just a calcified pebble 🙂

This is because of GMO, fluoride, chlorine, heavy metals and other toxins. Furthermore, when a muscle is not used (I would argue this muscle is not used in our common culture) then a muscle atrophies.

Decalcifying your third eye takes time and commitment. Despite what happened to Eckhart Tolle, the most common way of “waking up” and “seeing” is a slow and steady process. A marathon, not a sprint. This is a much healthier and easier route, as a radical awakening is an absolute shock to the system, despite our desires for instant gratification 🙂

The best ways to decalcify your third eye/pineal gland is to:
1. Get more sunlight
2. Sleep in a totally dark room
3. Take iodine from Global healing Center or sea vegetables
4. Do a comprehensive heavy metal detox – such as www.thedetoxdudes.com – chlorella, cilantro, coriander, wheatgrass, ALA, EDTA, NAC. But only AFTER you work on your gut health and parasite-load.

Salt-Water Flush

Imagine if you could get a colonic without an appointment, without paying $90, and without having to stick something up your bum. Look no further! I introduce you to The Detox Dudes Salt-Water Flush.

Warning: Make sure you have two hours devoted to toilet-time after starting the flush. Do not do while visiting someone else's home, if you have any house guests that you are trying to impress, or if in the early stages of a new relationship. The rancid odors can be traumatizing and may ruin your reputation with others, especially if this is your first salt-flush.

A salt-water flush is an ancient yogic healing modality that does an incredible job at flushing the small and large intestines, balancing electrolytes, remineralizing the body, and restarting digestion. In my opinion, it is one of the best ways of re-booting your system when you are in a funk, or cleansing your energetic body when feeling heavy.

What you’ll need:
2 glass jars or glass bottles (24-32oz)
1.5-2.5 heaping tbsp of sea salt (Icelandic or Celtic is best)
Natural spring, filtered, or distilled water
Apple Cider Vinegar and/or lemon juice

How to do it:
In the morning on an empty stomach, put 1.5-2.5 heaping tablespoons of sea salt in one glass jar/bottle. I like using sea salt vs. pink himalayan salt because the ocean contains very similar mineral ratios to that of our blood plasma. Furthermore, many of the himalayan pinks salts are not truly from the Himalayas and are not sustainably sourced. If this is your first flush start on the lower dose and work your way higher. If no flush is achieved, then you know you need more salt next time.

Then you’ll put in 2tbsp of apple cider vinegar, followed by 4oz of boiling water. Mix with a spoon (please not plastic) until the salt has dissolved. Then follow with 16-20oz of distilled, spring, or filtered water. Mix well and you’ll want the brine solution to be warm, but not hot.

Fill up the other jar/bottle with 32oz of clean water. Now, slowly, over the course of 20-30 minutes you will take a few sips from the brine solution and a few sips from your freshwater. Keep doing so until you finish both bottles. If you drink the solution too quickly, you will vomit. And it’s a very unpleasant projectile type vomiting, and it hurts. It will also hurt your ego and make you feel stupid.

After you finish both bottles, you may go somewhere to rest. You can lay down, or just sit in a comfortable chair/couch and do your best to relax. Within 20 minutes to one hour, you will experience some gurgle guts followed by projectile hershey squirts. Anywhere between 3-10 bowel movements in the next couple hours is totally normal. For most people who have never done this, the bowel movements will be dark black, have a rancid odor, and sludgy. Because most people’s small intestines have never been cleansed or flushed (colonics and enemas can’t make it up that far), the odors can be really intense. Like I said, you do not want to be dealing with house-guests during this adventure. Also, if you don’t clean the toilet properly when finished, the next person who uses the bathroom is going to think that you have been violently ill with malaria for the past few days. But do yourself a favor and don’t clean the toilet until bowel movement #3 or #4, otherwise you are just wasting your time.

Also, extreme thirst after the flush is also normal, and I suggest having at least another 32 oz of water available to you after you finish the initial two bottles of liquid.

Don’t eat solid food for about an hour after the flush, and make sure to take probiotics later that day. Too many salt-flushes can really mess your flora up, which is why I suggest 3-4 per month maximum for most people.

This is excellent for constipation, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, depression, and anxiety!! And just overall somber moods.

When I was dying, I used to look at nature for the answers.

In nature, the most exquisite jewels are created through the most intense processes. Did you know that some carbons, under unimaginable forces of heat and pressure, turn into diamonds? A simple oyster, through grit, a desire to protect itself, and depositing one layer of nacre at a time, will give birth to a pearl, a revered treasure of purity and innocence. The metamorphosis of a caterpillar occurs through a mysterious gooey medium, chrysalis, that continues to leave the brightest of scientists scratching their heads. In this process, the caterpillar will lose all of its faculties, turn into nutritional soup, and then emerge on the other side as a beautiful and boundless creature. Even rocks, the densest of substances, undergo tremendous changes of heat, pressure, and fracturing to become crystals, which are supercharged conductors of light.

Armed with knowledge of natural earthly alchemy, I was able to continue on the excruciating odyssey. Day by day, it put some much-needed context to the other-wordly chaos and suffering that I was enduring. “This is how diamonds are created, Josh…keep going, you’re almost there,” are just some of the mantras I would whisper over and over to the emaciated face staring at me in the mirror that I no longer recognized.

When really feeling awful, let us try to remember the big picture. When we embark on a healing journey we are essentially cleaning faulty habits that stretch back thousands of years. When we were young children, our parents' unfinished emotional business gets “sown” into our open and vulnerable energetic bodies. And their “stuff” comes from their parents, and their parents, etc. And this is what scientists are now discovering as “epigenetics.” When we commit to this path, we are consciously re-wiring generations and generations of broken blueprints. This is not easy, cannot be done without going deep into the shit, and cannot be done in a few months. But the cool thing is that the work we are doing is completely changing the world, and also changing all future generations. We are cleaning the Earth, one suppository at a time! Imagine if you had parents that ate organic grass-fed meats, who juice fasted, did colonics, and truly loved themselves. We are going to be those parents and our children won't have such an uphill battle!

We have been conditioned to believe that pain is bad, and we always run away from it. But the truth is that the pain is our catalyst for change, growth, and ultimately leading us to our truest selves. The universe has a way of sending messages to us, and pain is one of those mediums that is hardest to ignore. Did you know that it was debilitating pain that turned me into who I am today? Before going through illness I was a complete asshole. I only cared about myself, had no compassion, and only cared about money and women. Instead of questioning the system, I consistently thought something was wrong with me and my main internal narrative was self-judgement. Now, I really love who I am, what I am about, and my life's mission is to help as many people as I can. I have had the opportunity to live two different lifetimes in one.

The sickness is just a wakeup call. The system is no longer working for you.

Spring Water

Hey folks,

I want to talk today about one of the most important changes we can make for our health.

Water is the elixir of life – our body is made up of 70% of it and it fuels every cellular process. We basically are water, so let’s make sure we are putting the best possible water into our bodies.

Tap water all around the country has been found time and time again to contain pharmaceutical drugs, toxic metals, viruses and pathogens, and hundreds of other chemicals. Some people think bottled water is the solution? Very wrong. Unfortunately, most bottled water is just as toxic – and through transportation in hot conditions, dangerous levels of BPA are also leached into the water. If somebody is serious about their life, happiness, or well-being they should never drink water from the tap.

We hear a lot about local, organic, and wild food. But what about wild water?

For the longest time I was recommending the Big Berkey water filter, and I still say that is the best 2nd option. However, as of recent, my body started sending me messages that I need to change the water I am drinking. When I would buy true spring water in the grocery store I would be really excited to drink water when I woke up in the morning. There was a crispness and refreshing feeling that I got when drinking the spring water. The big berkey felt a little flat and not as alive.

Don’t worry, if you can’t feel the subtleties of foods/supplements/water that you are putting into your body yet. It can take a lot of time and work to get to that point. But as you start cleaning the junk and getting healthier, you’ll start building a relationship with your body that allows you to have these insights.

Why Spring Water? Spring water is the cleanest and best water in the world. Simply put, it has more life force than any other water we can drink. It contains beneficial microbes, microalgae and dissolved solids that fuels life in our bodies. Fresh water from Earth is the way water was meant to drink because our bodies are biologically adapted to it.

What is a spring? At a basic level, a spring is the Earth’s way of creating pockets of clean, nutrient-rich water for us humans to drink. This water has been filtered by the Earth’s substrate which is more bad-ass than any man-made water filtration system. Water comes down from rain (which contain impurities) onto the surface of the land. The surface of the land is covered by soil, and underneath that is rock. Some of these rocks are impervious, and other layers are permeable. So the water travels through the permeable rocks and once it reaches a layer of clay it can go no further.  It then travels downhill into aquifers which fill up and then spit the water back up through the earth. Most of the times these aquifers are super clean because they have been around for thousands of years, since before man fucked up the surface of the Earth.

Some people are hesitant to drink spring water because it touches all kinds of leaves, insects, and other plants and organisms along it’s route. But the truth is that the acids that are found in decomposing leaves and earthly matter are the exact types of acids that are then sold to us in the form of humic and fulvic acid supplements. Also, probiotics that are SBO’s (soil based organisms) are found naturally in the Earth this same way. So this water is super safe and beneficial.

How do we get spring water? I think drinking spring water on a regular basis is enough to make huge shifts in someone's health and vitality. Buying all of this spring water from the grocery store is expensive. The first month I did it and I spent almost $200 a month on water alone. Does money improve our health?

What up detoxers,

I was a bit tired in the video that I am about to share with you, but I really believe it is one of the most important videos I have ever made.

I find that one of the most common barriers to entry for detoxification is money. I can’t tell you how many people have said to me ”dude I know you are right about this whole detox thing but I just can’t afford it right now.”

The truth is that almost anybody has the ability to invest in their health, if they so choose to prioritize differently.

Suppose we are given one car in this lifetime. It is the only car we can use for the rest of our entire life. We cannot buy, borrow, or steal a new car. Throughout the course of our lifetime our objective would be to drive this car as far as it can possibly go. Potentially tens of thousands of miles or even more. We are driving to some foreign destination, we don’t really know exactly how to get there, and most people around us think it’s a race! We all know that it’s not a race, but let’s play along here and pretend that it is. How would you win this race?

Do you take your current car that is maxing out at 50mph and has poor gas mileage and just start as soon as possible? The car is burning through oil and making all kinds of funny noises but you are so scared because other people are getting a head-start. You take the advice of everybody around you who says “don’t worry you can just fix anything on the road after it breaks.”

Or… Do you take your time and invest a lot of money and time into your car before you start the race? You fix up the carburetor, fix the leaks, get new tires, and tweak the engine so that it can hit 75mph.

If this a life-time race, I’d suggest taking the second plan. You’ll go further, faster, and do it more efficiently.

Spending money on your health is an investment, not a cost.

Anybody can afford anything if they choose their priorities accordingly. When we choose health with the same ferocious intent that we chase money, we end up receiving both. It must be experienced to truly understand it, but the universe will orchestrate our life around the commitment that we make to heal ourselves. God, the universe, or whatever you want to call it, absolutely loves when we commit to healing ourselves. That is, after all, how the planet will heal itself.

And then when we feel better we are able to be 100x more productive, screaming by the “competition” anyway.

I’ll take the testimonial of a recent client of mine to explain “I believe in it so much that I would literally recommend doing whatever it takes to afford the full program.  Now that I know the results, I'd be willing to sell my car, sell my house, rent a shack…  whatever it would take to get me to the health I experience every day now.  I'm not even exaggerating!” 

Part of healing is to transcend the money virus. We have these deeply ingrained beliefs that money equals security and safety. The safety one receives with money is nowhere near as powerful as truly feeling safe in your body and soul. Detoxifying dis-ease and digging through repressed emotions will lead you to feel safer than any amount of millions of dollars in the bank could. Have you ever noticed that some of the world’s wealthiest people are also some of the most paranoid? They never feel safe and never feel that they have enough. On the other end of the spectrum, what about people with nothing but the clothes on their back who are beaming with positivity, joy, and groundedness? I’ve seen both of these occurrences time and time again throughout my years of traveling.  

Do you know that it wasn’t until I was truly dying that I realized the joke that money is? I had to get to such a low place to see the illusion behind the curtains. I was a few days from taking my own life and was constantly in a financial battle with myself. I ruminated to myself: “I shouldn’t buy this meal because I can’t afford it, or I shouldn’t buy that supplement because I don’t have enough money.” Here I was one week away from possibly dying and I was still thinking of money. Does that give you an idea of how deep this runs?

Eventually, after weeks of arguing with myself, I thought “What if this is part of my illness?” What if I need to treat money like digits on a computer screen without a care in the world, and only focus on my health? In spirit of those thoughts I went to all of my banks and opened up $20k in credit cards. If you haven’t already, you’ll have to read my whole story to find out exactly what happened, but that was the pivotal moment for me, and I have not looked back since.

Now, as I am really starting to feel safe on this planet, I have realized that every $1 we spend on our health earns/saves us at least $4 in the long term. Oh and by the way, we also get more happiness, well-being, and energy.

How can we make so much more money in the long term by being healthy?

  • We have more energy, clarity and focus which equals more productivity
  • We look healthier, and people naturally trust us more and want to be around us
  • We make investment and business decisions based on intuition vs. the mind
  • We choose more meaningful and creative work

There is no “perfect” time that comes along where the stars align for us to seamlessly make the leap to work on our health. That is a fantasy my friends.

The perfect time is now.

Do you want to nourish your body and prevent illnesses? Do you need calming and soothing tinctures? Proceed with caution if you are taking pharmaceutical medicines, have allergies, or are pregnant. Research extensively about the herbs you want to mix to make sure you end up with a potent extract. You can purchase the herbs or pick them from your own garden. Ideally, the jar should be filled with herbs but have enough room to shake the mixture. Cover the jar with an airtight lid and set the concoction aside in your cupboard for about six weeks or so.

Shake the jar up every few days during that maceration period. Keep an eye out for the alcohol level, as the herbs must be completely covered. Add alcohol if needed. After it has steeped for the recommended number of weeks, put a fine layer of muslin or nut milk bag over a bowl or cup. Then pour the mixture over the cloth. Give the cloth a good squeeze to ensure you’re getting every drop of liquid out. After this, you can now transfer the mixture into little glass bottles with droppers using a funnel or measuring cup. Don’t forget to label each bottle with important details. List the herbs used and date when the extract was transferred into decanters. Store it away in a dry place away from heat or direct sunlight.

Creating tinctures is a learning process that takes a lot of patience. You need to figure out the percentage of alcohol you need to use based on the herbs. You must understand how long the mixture should steep for optimum results depending if they are root, leaf or stem. Additionally, you should ensure the proper ratio of solvents and herbs. Ultimately, if you follow the general procedures, you will end up with a much better mixture than simply drinking herbal tea. Water is never going to extract all of the nutrients, enzymes, minerals, essential oils and alkaloids that alcohol could.

The first concoction contains horsetail and alfafa. Both of these herbs have high mineral content that is great for the bones, hair, teeth and for aluminum binding.
