Food poisoning is a devastating illness caused by consuming food or drinks that are contaminated with toxins, bacteria, parasites or viruses. Produce can be contaminated at any point from growing to processing and preparing.
If you are travelling to developing countries or pretty much anywhere that do not have strict food regulations in place, it is best to prepare and be more vigilant of anything you eat and drink. It’s better to prevent than risk that crippling feeling of food poisoning during your trip. Here are a few simple tips:
- Research and plan accordingly. Find out what you should avoid based on other people’s experiences. Know where the nearest medical facilities are.
- Avoid drinking straight from the tap and avoid tap water getting in your system when you bathe or brush your teeth. Go for boiled, filtered or bottled water.
- As much as possible, eat cooked meals. Avoid raw fruits and vegetables that may have been washed using tap water. Your immune system is not the same as those who have already been exposed to these foods for an extended period of time.
- Prepared food like those you may find in streets that have been left exposed or unrefrigerated for hours. Meat, poultry and dairy are red flags.
While food poisoning is a common experience that can be resolved without any going to medical facilities, some serious cases can be life threatening. The symptoms can be mild or severe. The most common symptoms include are nausea, sweating, headache, severe stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. These signs may start showing up as early as half an hour upon ingesting the tainted food or drink but it can also appear days later depending on what really caused the infection. Dehydration is one of the more serious complications of food poisoning. Make sure to replenish the fluids and nutrients your body is losing by drinking enough water.
If you suspect that you may be suffering from, severe food poisoning, you should immediately seek medical attention. The risks are higher for the elderly, pregnant women, infants, young children, or people with weakened immune system.
Today, we’re sharing an unusual but highly effective healing protocol for food poisoning. This alternative is perfect for those who opt for natural remedies. You can also easily bring this protocol with you when travelling.
These are the items you will need:
- Oregano Essential Oil
- Garlic Essential Oil
- Enterosgel – An organic intelligent silica binder from Russia.
- Bentonite Clay or Coconut Charcoal
The first step of this protocol is taking 10 drops of oregano essential oil. You can do it in two dosages like 5 drops and another 5 drops since this can have a burning sensation in your mouth. Then take 10 drops of garlic essential oil. Drink water afterwards so it doesn’t hurt your stomach lining. This will get you feeling a little warm and sweaty from the bacteria and bugs dying. Make sure that you are using essential oils with the highest quality since you are ingesting it.
Then take half a bottle of Enterosgel and mix it with eight ounces of water. Mix properly and drink it. It is really safe to use that you can ingest an entire bottle. But you can start by just taking half of it if you’re not comfortable consuming the whole pack.
An hour later, you will be taking another amazing binder. You can choose from bentonite clay or activated coconut charcoal. If you are using liquid bentonite clay, you could take two ounces of it. If you are using the powdered bentonite clay, take about a half of a tablespoon. Mix it in eight ounces of water and drink it. If you prefer coconut charcoal, use half a tablespoon and mix it in eight ounces of water. You can go higher and do a full tablespoon of coconut charcoal but you will have to mix it with ten ounces of water. If you’re taking Bulletproof coconut charcoal, you can take even six even eight caps. The more binder you use, the more water you need to drink.
