In the video below I will show you how to remove mucoid plaque naturally. Mucoid plaque is a term coined by Dr. Richard Andersen which encompasses a wide range of undesirable substances that cakes the inner walls of the intestines of most human beings. Most of the time it resembles a plaque-like substance, thus the term “mucoid plaque” is used.
Mucoid plaque contains proteins and substances that directly impacts our DNA and stores traumatic memories. It is believed that by removing mucoid plaque, you can actually alter your DNA. In my opinion, detoxification of the body most definitely alters us on a DNA level.
Eating healthy foods alone is not enough to remove mucoid plaque from the body. This is stuff that has been forming over decades and decades of incorrect food combining, processed foods, antibiotics, poor gut-health, not chewing our food thoroughly, and stressful lifestyles. It is equivalent to having sink pipes uncleaned for 20 years and then thinking that pouring lemon-water into the pipes would remove the black tar-like build up. It requires deep scrubbing, and many months/years of intense work.
I believe the sicker one is, the longer they must “stretch out” the mucoid cleansing process. This is because very ill people (high anxiety, debilitating fatigue/depression) have compromised biological harmony, terrible gut health, and are super malnourished. As people become healthier and healthier, they can start concentrating on 2-week sprints where they fast and concentrate on mucoid plaque solely. But these intense process can exacerbate mental and physical symptoms for those who don't have a strong enough foundation.
The best way to cleanse the body of mucoid plaque is with daily detoxifying vegetable juices such as:
daikon radish, black radish, dill, grapefruit, orange, lemon.
And then adding binder cocktails into the mix. Binders are highly negatively charged and highly porous substances that attract to positively charged pollutants. A binder cocktail consists of anywhere between 2-9 binders with organic psyllium husk powder as a bulking agent (to swell in the intestines). Binders such as zeobind, bentonite clay, chitosan, Takesumi etc.
