I bet you have probably done a lot of work on your health - cleaning your gut, detoxing, drinking juices etc.
But, have you dove deep with repairing your nervous system? The nervous system is one of the most important foundations of our body. The nervous system dictates almost ALL other processes in the body. And when the nervous system is fried, the body has a really hard time finding it's homeostasis and going into parasympathetic resting state.
Why are our nervous systems fried?
Because we have experienced trauma pretty much from the time we were born. Because we have been plugged into the digital world and divorced from nature. Because parasites, toxins, and heavy metals destroy the myelin sheath. Because we have been yelled at by authority since we were young. And because we are moving in a super fast paced culture that stresses us into being more productive. Not to mention all the drugs, alcohol, and coffee that people use to cope with all of the above!
After my ~4 year mercury poisoning ordeal, my nervous system was completely and utterly fried. KFC fried.
I have had to work really hard at healing my nervous system. Some of the best allies along the way have been:
Nervidyne (nervonic acid) - Nervonic acid, C24H46O2 is an omega-9 fatty acid that is very rare in nature. Nervonic acid is concentrated in the white matter of our brains, myelin sheaths and in peripheral our nervous tissue. Their source is the purpleblow maple tree seed. (p.s. I did not include this formula in the video)
Lions Maine - Lion’s Mane is a mushroom with neuroprotective and nootropic effects. Lion’s Mane can improve memory and reasoning.
Gotu Kola - Gotu Kola is a widely distributed herb and known as the ultimate brain food. With its mild and nutty flavor, it actively stimulates brain tissue while aiding in the development of memory. As it grows in nature, the leaf of Gotu Kola resembles our brain, while the stem mimics our spine. This doctrine of signatures shows us Gotu Kola’s affinity for cognitive health, cerebral circulation and enhanced mental function.
Other crucial things for healing the nervous system are ample amounts of minerals, rejuvenative sleep, and allowing the body to enter the parasympathetic state. (Breathwork is excellent for this).
